Is there a minimum order value?

specification, brand preference, and quantity. We confirm availability and pricing within 24 hours and
dispatch within 48 hours of your confirmation.

Yes. SupplyIt supports standing orders for businesses with regular supply needs across any category —
weekly reams of paper, monthly safety gloves, fortnightly cleaning supplies. Tell your account manager
the products, quantities, and frequency. We set up the schedule and your supplies arrive on time every
cycle.

How do I reorder something I have bought before?

Use the Reorder button in your order history on the website or app — it repopulates your previous order in
one click. Or WhatsApp your account manager your last order number and say 'same as before'.

What are your delivery timelines?

Orders placed before 5 PM (evening ) on a working day are delivered the same day within 4Hrs. Orders
placed after 5 PM are delivered the next working day. Express same-day delivery after 5 PM is available
on request — speak with your account manager for availability and pricing by zone.

Applications are reviewed and responded to within 48 business hours. Approved accounts receive a
dedicated credit limit, and your finance team receives one consolidated monthly invoice covering all
orders in the calendar month.

How does the Bulk Quotation Service work?

Submit your requirements — product names, specifications, quantities, and any preferred brands — via
the Quick Quote form on our website, by WhatsApp, or directly to your account manager. We send a
written, itemised quote within 24 hours. Bulk pricing tiers apply from Rs. 25,000 per order. Quotes are
valid for 7 days from issue. Once you approve, we confirm availability and dispatch within your required
timeline.

Will I always get a GST invoice?

Yes, on every single order. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated automatically and emailed to you
within minutes of dispatch. To claim input tax credit on all your purchases, ensure your GSTIN is saved
and verified in your account profile. All invoices are available to download from the Orders section of your
dashboard at any time — no need to request copies.

What is a Standing Order?

A Standing Order is a pre-scheduled recurring delivery for supplies you need regularly. Once set up with
your account manager, your order is placed and delivered automatically on your chosen cycle — weekly,
fortnightly, or monthly — without you needing to re-order each time. Quantities can be adjusted at any
time by contacting your account manager at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

Can I track my orders?

Yes. Real-time delivery tracking is available from your account dashboard and the mobile app. You also
receive SMS and WhatsApp notifications at dispatch and delivery. For any query on a live delivery, call or
WhatsApp your account manager directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. Cash on Delivery is available
for eligible customers. For large orders, bank transfer is recommended. Credit account customers receive
